Waxsaw is a being that exists in Dreamland and who Chroma meets on occassions. It's unclear what they are and they dont speak for they have no mouth. Waxsaw appears as a timid feminine looking fungal or tree like creature. The inhabitants of Dreamland also do not know much about Waxsaw.
